A lot of things to debate at the moment. Could be some fairly large changes with poker. We shall see.
Regardless I have done a lot of soul searching/game analysis. I am pretty darn upset with my overall approach to the games this month. I did very little work on it as well as very little blogging. I started this blog to help my staker track my play etc. As time went on we developed a friendship/trust level that required less blogging (at least it was never asked for and thusly not done). The biggest thing the blog provided me was not the standard ability to have a timeline and review my history. It actually pointed out a lot of things for me to work on. In the last month I have aimlessly watched a video here and there etc.
So today I have noticed a lot of little leaks that have added up to me losing a good bit of change. I am down 8bi at 200nl and 5 at 100nl over about 15k hands. There are definately a few hands I am not happy with. There are also some that had to happen, because as you become a thinking player you relearn the game. Just because you made a mistake in the past, it doesnt mean that you learned from it properly, or even that if you did learn you maximized what you learned and applied it. You could even have adjusted to the mistake in a more -EV fashion than it originally had been.
So while I “figure” what my new path will be if there is one coming, I am starting a new “page” in the blog. Its a new outlook. A new approach, and possibly a new beginning.
We shall see.
